目的:寻求高效去除牙胶及根充糊剂的临床方法。方法:选取168个曾行牙胶充填需根管再治疗的根管,使用Desocclusol(商品名汀克除)结合手工机械法去除根管内充填物和根管再通预备,采用冷牙胶侧向加压法充填根管,评价其临床疗效。结果:原根充物全部清除,有效防止了治疗过程中台阶形成、根管侧穿或器械折断等并发症发生,再治疗成功率达89.3%。结论:使用汀克除结合手工机械法有助于提高根管再通,省时省力,是一种能减轻医师工作强度、提高工作效率的方法,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To find a clinical method for efficient removal of gutta-percha and root-filling paste. Methods: A total of 168 root canals treated with root canal before toothpaste filling were selected. Desocclusol (trade name Tingke) and manual mechanical method were used to remove the root canal filling and root canal preparation. Root canal compression method to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results: All root pruducts were cleared, which effectively prevented the formation of steps, the lateral canal root canal or the fracture of instruments during the treatment. The success rate of re-treatment was 89.3%. Conclusion: The use of Ting combined with manual mechanical method can help improve the root canal recanalization, saving time and labor, is a way to reduce physician work intensity and improve work efficiency, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
