70年代末转换酶抑制剂(CEI)被开发并应用于临床。CEI优点:①降压疗效显著;②具有改善心功能作用;③无停药后反跳现象;④耐药性和毒副作用少,⑤可与其它药物合用。近来被推崇为治疗高血压的首选药物之一。
The late 70s conversion enzyme inhibitor (CEI) has been developed and applied to clinical. CEI advantages: ① significant antihypertensive effect; ② improve cardiac function; ③ no rebound after stopping the phenomenon; ④ resistance and side effects, ⑤ with other drugs. Recently respected as one of the preferred drugs for the treatment of hypertension.
