在延安老年大学合唱团里,有一位众口皆碑的好老师,他的教学对象是一个特殊的老年群体,这些人对音乐只有爱好并无专长,甚至不识简谱,加之年龄偏高,听力、视力、记忆力、接受力均大大减退,教学的难度可想而知。然而蔺文宗并不气馁,凭着对事业的一片真情,把赤诚的爱心义无返顾地投射到老年人群里。在教学过程中,用火一样炽烈的热情,用诙谐风趣的语言,活跃了课堂沉闷的气氛,在每个学员的心里点燃起昂扬的激情。
