目的 通过对临产孕妇凝血四项的检测,了解临产孕妇体内凝血功能的变化,并探讨其临床意义.方法 对164例临产孕妇(实验组)和123例非妊娠妇女的凝血四项的检测,并做统计分析.结果 临床孕产妇的PT,APTT,TT的检测结果明显低于对照组,而FIB结果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 临床孕产妇体内血液处于高凝状态,因此分娩前的凝血四项的检测对于手术中及产后异常出血有重要的指导意义.
