在相隔近3年后,今年六七月间重返越南,首先给我印象最深的是,越南的经济改革已取得了明显的初步成果。 积极的变化 在首都河内和最大的工商业活动中心胡志明市,从郊区农村市场到城市市场,商品极其匮乏的状况有了改善。商店里,市场上,各种商品琳琅满目。过去一日数涨的物价,今日已相对平稳。恶性通货膨胀初步得到控制。各阶层人民生活有了不同程度的改善。
In the recent 3 years or so, when I returned to Vietnam in June or July this year, what impressed me the most is that Vietnam’s economic reform has achieved obvious initial results. Positive Changes There has been an improvement in the extremely scarce commodity market in Ho Chi Minh City, the capital of Hanoi and the largest industrial and commercial center, from suburban rural markets to urban markets. Shops, the market, a variety of products dazzling. The prices of the past few days have risen relatively steadily today. Vicious inflation is initially under control. People’s lives at all levels have been improved to varying degrees.
