本文研究了放射性碘与邻碘马尿酸,邻碘苯甲酸交换反应的类型、级数和活化能;探讨了铜离子和其他二价金属阳离子对邻碘马尿酸标记反应的催化活性,并用分子轨道近似CNDO/2法计算了催化交换反应中间络合态的参数指标,计算结果与实验值基本趋于一致。
In this paper, the type, number and activation energy of exchange reaction between radioactive iodine and o-iodohippuric acid and o-iodobenzoic acid were studied. The catalytic activities of copper ions and other divalent metal cations for o-iodohippurate labeling reaction were discussed.
