以国产低成本聚氨酯泡沫为耗能芯材,并采用纤维增强复合材料格构腹板对其增强处理。格构腹板将复合材料面板与泡沫芯材有机形成一体,提高了面板与芯材的抗剥离能力和协同工作能力,以此构造了泡沫夹芯复合材料防撞装置。通过有限元软件Ansys/Ls-dyna,模拟桥墩设置该防护装置的车-桥碰撞响应,分析其抗冲击性能,并得到了良好的效果;同时对不同尺寸布置的防护装置进行模拟,对结构提出了设计性建议,为新型防护装置在实际工程中的推广应用提供了重要价值。
