本文通过分析砂带磨削装置的构造及其工作特点,叙述了在普通车床上用砂带磨削工艺对汽车起重机活塞杆外圆进行磨削试验研究。结果表明,此项技术对提高加工精度和加工效率很有成效。
In this paper, by analyzing the structure and working characteristics of abrasive belt grinding device, the article describes the grinding research on the outer circumference of the piston rod of the truck crane by using abrasive belt grinding technology on the ordinary lathe. The results show that this technology to improve the processing accuracy and processing efficiency is very effective.
