大学生体质测试是我国高等教育中的重要工作,因此大学生体质测试员人文素养的高低在很大程度上决定了大学生体质测试工作质量的高低。为提高大学生体质测试员的人文素养,笔者提出了五种培养途径:即加强对大学生体质测试员高等教育理念的培养;加强对大学生体质测试员文学素养的培养;加强对大学生体质测试员政治学与经济学素养的培养;加强对大学生体质测试员历史与哲学素养的培养;加强对大学生体质测试员医学素养的培养。大学生体质测试员人文素养的培养对我国高等教育的发展具有重要意义。
The constitution test of college students is an important task in higher education of our country. Therefore, the level of humanistic accomplishment of college student physical testmen largely determines the quality of undergraduate physical test. In order to improve the humanistic quality of college students physical test, the author puts forward five ways of training: to strengthen the cultivation of college students physical test workers higher education concept; to enhance the cultivation of college students physical test personnel literacy; to strengthen the physical examination of college students political science And economic literacy training; to strengthen the history of college students physical testers and philosophical literacy training; to strengthen the physical quality of college medical personnel training. The cultivation of humanistic quality of undergraduate physical testmen plays an important role in the development of our higher education.
