我院自1993年始采用红外光辐射凝聚法治疗宫颈糜烂928例,收到了满意的效果,报告如下。 1 一般资料 病人全部为我院妇科门诊患者,年龄22～66岁,病程1～12年,以2～4年居多。重度332例,中度539例,轻度57例(其中1例为宫颈癌早期)。临床表现为白带增多,腰酸痛,宫颈肉眼观为不同程度的粗糙的颗粒型和乳头型充血区,糜烂面深者常有接触性出血,与早期宫颈癌区分需借助于宫颈脱落细胞学检查,在928例患者中,92％的患者用过1～
