对黄瓜蔓生品系及由蔓生品系基因突变和环境所致产生的矮生品系不同生长发育时期胚根、下胚轴及苗端过氧化物同工酶进行检测,结果表明,由基因突变产生的可遗传矮生变异体后代在不同生长发育阶段过氧化物同工酶谱都与亲代表现出显著差异,而环境因素引起的自封顶矮化株后代与亲代在过氧化物同工酶谱方面则不表现差异。
