本文结合湖南工学院图书馆实际,在分析高校电子阅览室的基本特点和服务功能的基础上,指出了电子阅览室的电子资源建设及服务内容和管理方面所存在的问题,探讨了高校图书馆电子阅览室建设和管理措施。
