Objective: To investigate the morphological changes of the neuronal neurites in diabetic rabbitbrain. Methods: Twenty-four New Zealand White rabbits were divided into 2 groupes: control group and type Ⅱdiabetic group induced by high-carbohydrate and high-fat diet. The levels of blood sugar and insulin were detect-ed at week 0(w0), w4, w8, w13, w18, w23 and w28.
