目的:探讨参芪枣芝复原颗粒对乳腺癌晚期化疗患者免疫力的影响。方法:选择确诊为乳腺癌晚期需要化疗的患者90例,随机分为两组,每组45例,治疗组予常规药物化疗+参芪枣芝复原颗粒;对照组予常规药物化疗。治疗2个周期后观察两组血免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig G、Ig M等)以及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+)的情况。结果:治疗后治疗组血免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群含量均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪枣芝复原颗粒可提高放化疗乳腺癌患者的免疫功能,保障晚期乳腺癌患者化疗的正常进行,延长患者的生存时间。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Jujube Fuyuan Granule on the immunity of patients with advanced breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: Ninety patients diagnosed with advanced breast cancer requiring chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups (n = 45 in each group). The patients in the treatment group received conventional chemotherapy plus Shenqi jujube reconstituted granules. The control group was given conventional chemotherapy. After 2 cycles of treatment, the blood immunoglobulins (Ig A, Ig G, Ig M, etc.) and T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 +, CD8 +) were observed. Results: After treatment, the levels of serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi jujube reconstituted granule can enhance the immune function of patients with breast cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, ensure the normal chemotherapy of patients with advanced breast cancer and prolong the survival time of patients.
