为了加强安全管理，保障施工现场的安全生产，建设部发出通知，要求各地建设行政主管部门从本地区经济发展水平出发，逐步淘汰一些如人工挖孔桩、竹脚手架等工艺落后，危险性大的施工方法和提升设备。各省市建设行政管理部门也相继作出了反映。四川、江西、云南、福建等省市以省建设厅或省质量安监总站为名发出通知。现选登两篇，以供参考。
