高等院校不仅是教书育人的场所,同时也担负着科学研究的重任,是产生新知识和新技术的重要来源,是中国在高新技术领域创新的主要力量。高校负责新技术的研发,然后通过科技中介推广到社会发展中去,在这个过程中,高校科技中介的作用重大,高新技术的转移的顺利与否直接关系到区域经济发展的质量和方向,关系到经济转型能否实现。但是在现实中,中国的科技中介还面临很多的现实问题需要解决,包括体制机制、人才管理以及行业环境等方面都有进一步提升的空间,针对中国科技中介在区域经济发展过程中面临的问题,制定出合理的发展策略,以期对相关领域的研究起到积极的推动作用。
