Regarding the principle of centrifugal casting, there are often two opinions in production. One is “pressure casting” theory, one is “layered crystal” theory. We solve the problem of foundry shrinkage of the lead-based and arsenic-white-lining of the bearing bush of a motorcycle, and apply the latter opinion to analyze the problems and formulate the measures, and achieved results.
