一、案例同性恋患者两名,男性,20多岁,幼年在家庭女性环境中长大,很少与外界小朋友往来,因而造成性格上有一定的女性化。性发育成熟后,患者性角色倒错,性指向明显异常,对异性不感兴趣,手淫时想着同性对象。以上症状完全符合《CCMD-2-R》中同性恋的诊断标准。按症状程度区分,一为轻患者,一为重患者。大概是性变态的缘故,使他们的男性功能趋于衰退。他们意识到自己的性变态,求治心切。轻患者,大专文化程度,先后有过两个理想的同性对象(非同性恋患者),见到他们时,会产生某种性
