男,20岁,高炮某团战士。患者1983年3月到广西前线轮战。1984年8月上旬开始食欲不振,腹部隐痛,腹泻稀水样便每天3～4次,夹杂有大量活动的白色小虫子。服“黄连素”、“痢特灵”、“土霉素”等药无效。1984年8月14日到阵地巡诊处就医。检查:体温36.5℃,脉搏80/min,血压14.7/9.3kPa(110/70mmHg)。发育正常,营养中等,巩膜无黄染,心肺听诊(-),腹平软,左下腹及剑突下轻度压痛,无反跳痛,无包块,肝脾未触及,肠鸣音活跃。肛门生殖器无异常。大便检验:黄色稀水样便,未查到虫卵。观察患者排便情况,见排出的新鲜大便内确有20～30条乳白色活动的小虫子,遂取虫体标本,清水洗净后用90%酒精固定留验。因疑诊肠胃蝇蛆症,予口服左旋咪唑50mg,每天3次,又有百余条虫体随大便排出后腹泻停止,随访无复发。所
