天麻系比较贵重而少有的药材,过去习惯用水浸泡至稍软取出润透切片,干燥备用,若浸泡时间不当,伤水后切制困难并影响质量。经多次实践可改用蒸汽加热法软化切制。其具体方法是将天麻大小分开、用温水刷洗去表面杂质后,立即装入甑内蒸至圆汽15~20分钟取出趁热切制,干燥备用。经此法切制的天麻:
