采用超声辅助在AZ91D镁合金镁铝水滑石膜表面制备铈盐转化膜以提高其膜层的耐蚀性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析膜层形貌及成分,极化曲线和交流阻抗测试评价膜层的耐蚀性,研究了超声波功率对镁铝水滑石膜表面沉积铈盐转化膜的影响规律。结果表明,当超声功率为150 W时,镁铝水滑石膜微裂纹处沉积了铈盐转化膜,表现出良好的铈盐封闭效果,提高了膜层的耐蚀性。
The cerium conversion coating was prepared on the surface of Mg-Al hydrotalcite film of AZ91D magnesium alloy by ultrasonic wave to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating. The films were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD Layer morphology and composition, polarization curve and AC impedance test to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the film, the effect of ultrasonic power on the deposition of cerium conversion film on the surface of the MgAlH hydrotalcite film was studied. The results show that when the ultrasonic power is 150 W, the cerium salt conversion coating is deposited on the micro-cracks of the Mg-Al hydrotalcite film, which shows a good cerium salt sealing effect and improves the corrosion resistance of the coating.
