党的十四届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强党的建设几个重大问题的决定》,为在我国经济体制正由传统计划经济向社会主义市场经济变革条件下,进一步加强和改进党的建设指明了方向。如何结合基层组织工作实际,贯彻落实这一《决定》精神,我认为应着重抓好以下几个方面的工作。

How to combine the actual work of grass-roots organizations and implement the spirit of this “decision”, I think we should focus on the following aspects.
