党的十八大以来,中央在从严治党、从严管理干部,建立干部问责、惩处制度,干部能上能下制度方面不断探索。问题官员被降级降职已成为一种常态。据中纪委监察部网站报道,到今年5月底,全国共有近40起领导干部被降职通报,涉及人数达86人,其中被降级的副省级官员有4人。通过盘点典型案例发现,此举既彰显了我党反腐倡廉的决心,也凸显出不断加强干部队伍能上能下制度建设的力度。
