广东省佛山市海寿小学坐落在九江与江门之间的西江中的海寿岛上,从1882年开办至今,有着129年的办学历史。但是学校特殊的地理环境,造成了学校与外界存在着信息不通、交通不便、学校办学条件差、教师群体教学理念落后等现实。上级有关部门曾考虑把海寿小学撤并到九江镇上,但是考虑到岛内学生上学、放学乘坐轮渡的安全问题,学校得以保留。
Foshan City, Guangdong Province, Hoi Shou Primary School is located in Jiujiang and Jiangmen between the Xisha in the island of life, from 1882 to date, has 129 years of school history. However, the special geographic environment of the school has caused the reality that the school and the outside world are inundated with information, traffic inconvenience, poor school conditions and poor teaching concept of teachers groups. Relevant departments at higher levels had considered merging the Haishou Primary School into the town of Jiujiang, but taking into account the safety of the students in the island who went to school and left school for the ferry, the school was kept.
