一、前言出碴运输是隧洞开挖工作的一个重要环节。掘进机开挖,岩碴的落、装、运是同时和连续发生的,所以出碴运输的重要性显得更为突出。十多年来,国内各单位的掘进机试验,其出碴一般采用如下常规运输设备。1.汽车出碴。掘进初期(洞口)使用既简单又方便。但隧洞一长,由于汽车在洞内调车比较困难,不能满足连续出碴的要求。2.皮带机出碴。由于单向运输,其本身延伸所需要的以及洞内施工和维修所需要的物资都无法运入。而且随着掘进机连续掘进,皮带机的铺设和延伸比较麻烦,在弯道掘进中更是如此。在长洞掘进中,需装皮带
