改革开放以来,我省新闻出版工作坚持改革开放,不断开拓进取,取得了非常可喜的成绩,全省新闻出版事业的规模迅速发展,显著壮大,社会效益和经济效益日益增长。国书出版方面,我省八家图书出版社年出书一千多种,每年获省级以上奖励的图书大体占当年出书品种的5%到8%。改革开放以来,我省图书获省以上奖励的已达500多种次。如儿童图画书《九色鹿》、《长发妹》以美丽的图画、精湛的印刷荣获1982年联合国教科文组织亚洲文化中心野间儿童画书、插图比赛二等奖和鼓励奖;《青年知识手册》1986年荣获全国优
