近年来,我国森工采育企业普遍存在着“两大危机”,即森林资源危机和企业经济危机,并有继续加剧之趋势。森工采育企业如何摆脱或减缓这“两大危机”,已成为学术界积极探讨的问题,并已发表了许多有益的见解。笔者总结分析了太白林业局近几年的经营管理情况,认为:从数量效益型转为质量效益型是森工采育企业摆脱“两危”走出困境的一条捷径。1 数量效益型及其弊端数量效益型这是向产量要效益,依靠扩大再生产,增加产品产量来增加企业的经济
In recent years, there have been “two major crises” in forestry procuratorate enterprises in our country, namely, the crisis of forest resources and the economic crisis of the enterprises, and have continued to aggravate the trend. How to get rid of or slow down these “two major crises” has become a problem actively explored by academics and many useful opinions have been published.
