不断增长的公路发展势头,为我国GDP的增长作出了应有的贡献,但同时也造成了资金缺口逐年扩大。本文从拓宽公路资金源头着手,分析了公路投融资改革和发展趋势,并在简单介绍当前国内外公路融资情况的基础上,根据公路行业的特色,对当前可行的公路融资方式进行了分析,希望通过理论的探讨引起更多的同行对公路融资的创新加以足够的重视,从而吸引更多的国内外资金参与公路建设,为公路建设引来源头活水。
The growing momentum of road development has made its due contribution to the growth of China’s GDP, but it has also caused the funding gap to expand year by year. This paper starts with broadening the source of highway funds and analyzes the reform and development trend of highway investment and financing. Based on the brief introduction of the present situation of highway financing at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of the highway industry, this paper analyzes the current financing ways of highway and hopes Through theoretical discussion, more and more peers are paying more attention to the innovation of highway financing, so as to attract more domestic and foreign capital to participate in highway construction and lead the source of living water for highway construction.
