目的 对比观察传统与新型免疫抑制剂对自身免疫性甲状腺眼病的疗效。方法 3 3例甲状腺眼病分别用糖皮质类固醇 (大、小剂量 )、雷公藤制剂或霉酚酸酯 (MMF)治疗 ,疗程 12～ 2 0周。结果 MMF组和大剂量糖皮质激素组有效率为 10 0 % ,其中MMF组显效比例高达 5 6。结论 MMF治疗甲状腺眼病疗效优于小剂量糖皮质激素和雷公藤总萜片。
Objective To compare the curative effect of traditional and novel immunosuppressants on autoimmune thyroid eye diseases. Methods Thirty-three cases of thyroid eye disease were treated with glucocorticoid (large and small dose), tripterygium wilfordii or mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) for 12 to 20 weeks. Results The effective rate was 100% in the MMF group and the high-dose glucocorticoid group, and the effective rate in the MMF group was 56%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of MMF on thyroid eye is superior to low dose glucocorticoid and Tripterygium total terpene tablets.
