笔者在诊治200例支气管哮喘患者中,注意并发现有19例以顽固性咳嗽为其主要表现者,现总结如下: 19例中,男性10例,女9例,年龄23至62岁,平均34.7岁,病史半年至16年,平均3.2年,全部患者以干咳为主,夜间加剧,8例伴有咳白色粘稠痰,16例有胸闷,10例嗜酸粒细胞直接计数(?)400×10~6/L,15例伴有过敏性鼻炎,2例伴有慢性荨麻疹,17例用17种变应原皮肤试验有2种以上变应原呈阳性反应
