该文以来自世界各地15种桦纤孔菌菌丝体为材料,进行水分、矿质元素、有效成分含量比较。水分含量结果显示:来自芬兰的菌株芬桦游离水质量分数最高,达到77.21%,显著优于其他菌株。来自吉林的菌株JL04游离水质量分数最低,仅为54.6%。来自黑龙江的菌株HLJ01结合水质量分数最高,达10.74%,与其他菌株间有显著差异;桦俄结合水含量最低;矿质元素含量结果显示:菌株NBRC9788钙质量分数最高,达3.49 mg·g-1,显著优于其他菌株;菌株芬桦次之;含量最低的为CX02。MAFF420165磷质量分数最高,可达210.12μg·g-1,显著优于其他菌株;JL04磷含量最低。有效成分含量结果显示:菌株HLJ01三萜类化合物白桦脂醇质量分数较高,为23.7 mg·g-1,显著优于其他菌株。菌株HLJ01为生物产品研发的优良菌株,芬桦次之。MAFF420165,MAFF420308三萜类化合物白桦脂醇含量均较低,不适合生产白桦脂醇。菌株芬桦多糖含量最高,可达9.7%,显著优于其他菌株,是开发多糖产品的优良菌株。菌株MAFF420308与MAFF420256多糖含量较低,均为1.2%左右。多糖产品开发研究中尽量避免使用此菌株。
In this paper, fifteen kinds of mycelium of Pseudoperchondria from different parts of the world were used as materials to compare the contents of water, mineral elements and active ingredients. The results of moisture content showed that the highest content of free water of Fenghua from Finland was 77.21%, which was significantly better than other strains. The strain JL04 from Jilin had the lowest free water mass fraction of 54.6%. The content of bound water of HLJ01 from Heilongjiang was the highest (10.74%), which was significantly different from other strains. The content of Birch-Russia bound water was the lowest. The content of mineral elements showed that the highest calcium content of NBRC9788 reached 3.49 mg · g-1 , Significantly better than other strains; strain Fenghuai second; the lowest content of CX02. MAFF420165 highest phosphorus content, up to 210.12μg · g-1, significantly better than other strains; JL04 lowest phosphorus content. The results showed that the content of the triterpenoid betulin in strain HLJ01 was 23.7 mg · g-1, which was significantly better than other strains. The strain HLJ01 is an excellent strain developed by biological products, followed by Fenghua. MAFF420165, MAFF420308 triterpenoids betulin content are low, not suitable for the production of betulin. Strain Fenghua polysaccharide content of the highest, up to 9.7%, significantly better than other strains, is the development of polysaccharide products excellent strain. Strain MAFF420308 and MAFF420256 polysaccharide content is low, both about 1.2%. Try to avoid using this strain in polysaccharide product development and research.
