我市的会计档案清理整顿工作,按照省财政厅、省档案局的部署,在市委、市政府统一领导下,市财政局、档案局紧密配合,广大财务人员和档案人员不辞辛苦,开拓工作,经过五个多月的努力,我市已经基本完成建国以来积存的会计档案的整顿任务。经今年七月份组织检查验收,市属一级机构七十个已全部结束;二级机构五百九十一个,已完成五百五十九个。占百分之九十四点六。各县一、二级机构五百一十三个,已完成五百一十个,占百分之九十九点四。据不完全统计:全市(包括各县)共立卷二十八万二千三百七十二卷,其中永久二万三千六百八十九卷,长期一十九万八千零五十一卷,
