目的采用Qu ECh ERS法净化,建立气相色谱-质谱法同时测定果蔬中2,4-D-甲酯、2,4-D-乙酯、2,4-D-丁酯3种植物生长调节剂。方法以豆芽、杨梅为代表的果蔬采用酸性乙睛提取,Qu ECh ERS法快速净化,然后用气相色谱-质谱法测定2,4-D-甲酯、2,4-D-乙酯、2,4-D-丁酯。结果方法的线性范围为0.25~5.0mg/L,相关系数均为0.9999,定量限和检出限分别为0.01和0.003 mg/kg,在样品中添加0.01~0.10 mg/kg 2,4-D-甲酯、2,4-D-乙酯、2,4-D-丁酯标准溶液,平均回收率为86.7~95.4%,相对标准偏差为5.4%~8.4%。对20份果蔬样品进行检测,均未检出。结论该方法具有操作简便,快速等优点,适用于果蔬中2,4-D-甲酯、2,4-D-乙酯、2,4-D-丁酯的同时检测。
Objective To establish a GC-MS method for the simultaneous determination of 2,4-D-methyl ester, 2,4-D-ethyl ester and 2,4-D-butyl ester in fruits and vegetables by using Qu ECh ERS method. . Methods The fruits and vegetables represented by bean sprouts and bayberry were extracted with acidic ethyl acetate and rapidly purified by Qu ECh ERS method. The contents of 2,4-D-methyl ester, 2,4-D-ethyl ester, 4-D-butyl ester.
