玉门石油沟油田是裂缝、低渗透、高含盐的块状砂岩油藏,选用黄胞胶冻胶作为驱油剂。该文通过室内实验,确定了黄胞胶冻胶体系配方为007%黄胞胶+005%铬明矾+010%~015%甲醛。考察了其耐温性、耐盐性、抗剪切等性能,并进行了驱油效率实验。实验表明:黄胞胶浓度在005%~010%时,冻胶粘度高达200~800mPa·s;黄胞胶冻胶耐温性不超过65℃,耐盐性不超过15000mg/L;提高采收率达438%~1361%。矿场先导性试验取得了降水增油的明显效果,增油幅度达25%~35%;控制了油层出砂;检泵周期由试验前的平均80天提高到103天;经济效益显著,投入产出比达1∶5以上。在三个油藏推广应用,增油6329t,综合投入产出比达1∶21,在小块低产油田上获经济效益390万元。黄胞胶冻胶驱油技术在玉门油田的成功应用,对国内类似油藏具有一定的借鉴作用
The Yumen Shiyougou Oilfield is a fractured, low-permeability, high-salinity massive sandstone reservoir with the selection of xanthan gum as an oil displacement agent. Through indoor experiments, the formula of xanthomonas gum system was determined as 007% xanthan + 005% chromium alum + 010% ~ 015% formaldehyde. The properties of temperature resistance, salt tolerance and shear resistance were investigated, and the displacement efficiency test was carried out. Experiments show that when the concentration of xanthan gum is 005% ~ 010%, the viscosity of jelly glue reaches as high as 200 ~ 800 mPa · s. The temperature resistance of xanthan jelly does not exceed 65 ℃ and the salt tolerance does not exceed 15000mg / L; enhanced recovery rate of 438% ~ 1361%. The pilot test of the mine has achieved remarkable effect of increasing precipitation and increasing oil yield by 25% -35%; controlling sand production in the reservoir; increasing the inspection pump period from an average of 80 days before the test to 103 days; and remarkable economic benefits and input Output ratio of 1: 5 or more. In the three reservoir applications, oil 6329t, the comprehensive input-output ratio of 1: 2 1, in a small area of low-yielding oil on the economic benefits of 390 million. The successful application of xanthus gum gel flooding technology in Yumen Oilfield has some reference to similar reservoirs in China
