本文对产自江苏常熟的油菜花粉进行了形态及营养作用的研究。由光镜及电镜发现,天然花粉呈圆或椭圆形颗粒状,外表裹以蜂窝形凹突不平的完整包壳。经机械磨碎后的花粉(细粉),其氨基酸等养分的释放量较天然者为高。动物实验结果证明,细粉具有促进胚胎及幼年动物生长和发育的作用。对成年动物具有耐饥饿、抗疲劳、提高血糖等营养作用,尚能增强免疫功能,但无致敏效应及其它不良反应。
In this paper, the morphological and nutritional effects of rape pollen produced in Changshu, Jiangsu Province were studied. By light and electron microscopy, it was found that the natural pollen was round or elliptical granular, and it was wrapped in a honeycomb-shaped concave complete shell. The mechanically ground pollen (fine powder) has higher amino acid and other nutrient release than natural ones. Animal experiments have shown that fine powder has the effect of promoting the growth and development of embryos and young animals. For adult animals, they have hunger-fighting, anti-fatigue, and blood-glucose-enhancing nutritional effects. They can still enhance immune function, but they do not have sensitization effects and other adverse reactions.
