剖取正常近交系津白1成年小鼠主要脏器,以原子吸收分光光度计分别测定脏器组织中铜锌含量。结果表明: TA_1小鼠的心脏、肺及肾脏的铜锌含量、胰腺的铜含量以及肝脏的锌含量,在雌雄之间均无显著性差异;胰腺的锌含量有显著性差异;肝铜含量及脑、脾的铜锌含量差异非常显著。
The main organs of a normal inbred Jinbai 1 adult mouse were dissected and the copper and zinc contents in the organs were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that the contents of copper and zinc in heart, lungs and kidneys of TA_1 mice, copper content in pancreas, and zinc content in liver were not significantly different between male and female; there was a significant difference in zinc content in pancreas; The copper and zinc contents in the brain and spleen differ significantly.
