桑结加、仁青加、马培华、韩生贵、蒲文成、何玉成6位全国政协委员在全国政协十届一次会议上联名提出提案,建议国家支持加快青海湖盐湖资源综合开发。 提案说,青海省柴达木盆地盐湖资源十分丰富,具有储量大、品位高、类型全、分布相对集中、资源组合好、多种有用组份伴生等特点,保有储量潜在价值达16.5万亿元以上,以钾、钠、镁、硼、锂五大类为主体的盐资源总储量达3315.41亿吨。 提案指出,在国家的关怀和支持下,经过近50年的艰苦创业和团结奋斗,青海省盐湖资源开发已形成了一定的规模,建成了青海盐湖集团、民和镁厂等一批资源开发骨干
