目的为评价免疫规划工作质量,探索易行、合理、适用评价免疫规划工作质量考核评价方法。方法通过现场调查采用综合评价分析方法,选择阳朔县2005～2010年间免疫规划基本情况、人员及经费保障、免疫规划业务工作、免疫规划管理、现场调查接种率等指标体系对免疫规划工作质量进行考核。结果以全面、合理、可行的考核指标体系作技术支撑和整改引导,阳朔县历经6年的实践至2010年全县所有乡镇基本情况收集完整,人员及经费得到保障,免疫规划业务工作、免疫规划管理得到完善,卡介苗、糖丸、百白破、麻疹、乙肝等疫苗合格接种率均达到标准且维持高接种率水平,2010年100%乡镇考核成绩达到标准;同时指出免疫规划工作部分相关指标未达标,仍需进一步规范化管理,并提出今后工作建议,对考核方法进行分析。结论通过考核发现存在问题,及时整改不断完善,使业务逐年得到提升,从而保障免疫规划工作均衡发展。采用综合评价分析方法对免疫规划工作质量考核是可行的。

Conclusion Through examining the problems, timely rectification and improvement, the business is promoted year by year, so as to ensure the balanced development of immunization planning. It is feasible to use the comprehensive evaluation method to assess the quality of immunization planning work.
