茶叶主要化学成分决定茶叶品质的优劣。以往的栽培技术措施多注重于茶叶产量的提高,而茶叶品质的好坏则过份依赖于制茶工艺。如轻修剪,人们往往重视调整树冠采摘面、促进生产枝形成方面的作用,对茶叶主要化学成分(自然品质)的影响则较少研究。本试验以水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸等几种主要物质为对象,比较成年生产茶园不同轻修剪时期和林木遮荫对茶叶品质的影响,为定向提高茶叶自然品质的栽培技术措施提供理
The main chemical composition of tea determines the quality of tea. The cultivation techniques and measures in the past focused more on the improvement of tea yield, while the quality of tea was overly dependent on the tea making process. Such as light pruning, people often attach importance to adjusting the crown picking surface to promote the production of the role of branches, the main chemical composition of tea (natural quality) less studied. In this study, the effects of waterlogging, tea polyphenols, amino acids and other major substances on the tea quality during different light pruning periods and tree shading in adult-grown tea farms were compared to provide suggestions for cultivation techniques that could improve the natural quality of tea leaves
