选择 6个不同类型的冬小麦品种 ,分别在 6个主要生长期即返青期、拔节期、孕穗期、抽穗期、开花期、蜡熟期 ,采用Griffing方法Ⅰ ,按 6× 6完全双列杂交对其品种早熟性状进行了配合力分析研究。结果表明 :早熟性的一般配合力 (GCA)效应、特殊配合力 (SCA)效应和反交 (R)效应均不同程度的达到显著和极显著水平。早熟性的遗传以加性基因效应占优势 ,但非加性基因效应和反交效应也不可忽视。加性效应对后代早熟性的提高因亲本而异 ,在 6性状的遗传改良中存在着母体效应。河农 32 6、河农 2 5 5 2是较为理想的早熟性状育种亲本
