现代家庭广泛使用空调和其他一些高档用品,为真菌提供了适宜的生长环境。在拥挤的居室中,真菌的孢子、分生孢子、菌丝等成分与花粉、螨等可共同引起变态反应性疾病。每一种真菌都具独特抗原和变应原成分。但不同真菌种间可存在交叉反应成分,研究其成分有助于真菌变态反应疾病的治疗,因而必须了解各类真菌菌种。而霉样真菌由于缺乏其生长的季节规律且鉴定较困难,对霉菌性变态反应的变应原很难诊断。该文对过敏性疾病多发区的沙特的居室环境中真菌进行检测,以选择适宜措施来控制变态反应疾病。
Modern family extensive use of air conditioners and other high-end supplies, provides a suitable growth environment for fungi. In a crowded room, fungal spores, conidia, mycelium and other ingredients and pollen, mites, etc. can cause allergic diseases. Each fungus has a unique antigen and allergen composition. However, there may be cross-reactive components among different fungi. The study of their constituents will help treat the fungal allergy diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to understand various fungal species. Moldy fungi, however, are difficult to diagnose due to the lack of seasonal patterns of their growth and their identification as they are difficult to identify. In this paper, the fungi in the home environment of Saudi Arabia with allergic diseases are detected to select appropriate measures to control the allergic diseases.
