今年36岁的邱德才1988年从湖南湘潭矿业学院矿山通风与安全专业毕业,分配到四川华蓥山广能集团李子垭煤业公司从事通风瓦斯管理工作。15年来,他先后担任技术员、通风科长,直到现在的总工程师,一直从事矿井“一通三防”技术管理。他发挥所长,积极开展科技攻关,解决了大量的瓦斯治理难题;他大胆创新管理,摸索出了一套有效的瓦斯灾害防治管理办法。他为该矿15年未发生轻伤以上安全事故做出了积极贡献,被大家称为“矿井安全卫士”,并多次被广安市和集团评为“十大杰出青年”、“劳动模范”和优秀共产党员。
Qiu Decai, 36, graduated from mine ventilation and safety major of Hunan Xiangtan Mining Institute in 1988 and was assigned to the management of ventilation gas in Lihuaya Coal Company, Sichuan Huayang Mountain Guanneng Group. For 15 years, he has successively served as technician, chief of ventilation department, until now chief engineer, has been engaged in mine “one through three” technical management. He played a director, actively carry out scientific and technological research, to solve a large number of gas governance problems; he bold innovation management, worked out a set of effective gas disaster prevention and control measures. He made a positive contribution to the safety accidents that the mine had not suffered minor injuries in the past 15 years and was called as “Mine Safety Guard” by many people. He was repeatedly awarded “Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons” and “Model Worker” by Guang’an City and Group, And outstanding communist.
