The United States Printing and Publishing Technology Suppliers Association NPES and China Printing Industry Equipment and Equipment Association PEIAC signed an agreement in October 1992 to promote cooperation activities between the two groups. The agreement was signed by Chairman James C. Gould of NPES Challenge Machinery and President Regis J. Delmontagne during a recent visit to Beijing. Fan Muhan and Wang Demao signed the agreement as representatives of the China Printing Industry Equipment and Equipment Association
