论文基于问卷调研数据,从区域社会资本差异、区域创业能力差异、区域创业战略差异、区域创业主体差异4个方面,分别对苏南、苏北的创业活动进行定量比较。通过区域社会资本的比较发现,苏南、苏北创业者的社会资本结构存在显著差异,不同社会资本类别对创业与创业发展的重要度也不一样,而且苏南地区创业者社会资本的冗余高于苏北,但在社会资本的利用方式上差异不明显。苏南地区的区域创业能力稍好于苏北,但都只处于中等水平。苏南、苏北地区在创业方式、创业行业、创业规模与市场定位层面均存在明显差异,苏南地区创业者更多的选择了独立创业,在行业上更多地进入服务性行业,新创企业的规模整体上小于苏北,而且更多的定位于国内市场。从创业主体属性差异比较看,苏南创业者中女性比例高于苏北,创业者平均年龄低于苏北,平均受教育水平明显高于苏北,异地创业者所占比例明显高于苏北。
Based on questionnaire survey data, this paper makes a quantitative comparison of entrepreneurial activities in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu from four aspects: regional social capital differences, regional entrepreneurship differences, regional entrepreneurial strategy differences, and regional entrepreneurial differences. Through the comparison of regional social capital, it is found that there are significant differences in the social capital structure of entrepreneurs in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu. The importance of different social capital types in the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is also not the same, and the social capital of entrepreneurs in southern Jiangsu is redundant. Higher than North Jiangsu, but the difference in the use of social capital is not obvious. The entrepreneurial capacity in the South of Jiangsu is slightly better than that in northern Jiangsu, but it is only at a medium level. In Southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu, there are obvious differences in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and market positioning. Entrepreneurs in southern Jiangsu have chosen more independent entrepreneurship and more in the service industry in the industry. The scale of the company is generally smaller than that of northern Jiangsu, and it is more oriented to the domestic market. From the perspective of the differences in the attributes of entrepreneurial entities, the proportion of female entrepreneurs in southern Jiangsu is higher than that in northern Jiangsu, the average age of entrepreneurs is lower than that in northern Jiangsu, and the average level of education is significantly higher than that of northern Jiangsu. The proportion of entrepreneurs in different locations is significantly higher than that in northern Jiangsu. .
