由健康报、中国社会医学杂志.中国皮肤性病杂志等单位共同发起召开的“全国性病和吸毒社会医学问题研讨会”于10月27日至10月30日在西安召开,会议共收到论文164篇。代表来自全国23个省、市和自治区。这次研讨会是第一次以社会医学为核心对性病和吸毒进行研讨的全国会议。会议认为,艾滋病、性病以及由吸毒引起的药物依赖性疾病,固然有其生物性因素,但从本质上看,却是由人的行为自身造成的疾病,不从社会因素进行全面深入的考察,就无法找到可靠的和有效的防治对策。与会代表一致指出,性病和吸毒在我国的再度蔓延,是有着广泛的社会病因的。随着改革开放,国外一些不良影响也随之侵入,一些人的价值观包括性观念、享受观念发生了很大变化,使一些腐朽思想
The “National Symposium on Sexual Diseases and Drug Addiction to Social Medicine” jointly organized by Health News, Chinese Social Medicine Magazine, China Journal of Dermatology, etc. was held in Xi’an from October 27th to October 30th. 164 papers. Representatives from 23 provinces, cities and autonomous regions throughout the country. This seminar is the first national conference to discuss sexual diseases and drug addiction with social medicine as the core. The meeting held that AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases and drug-dependent diseases caused by drug addiction have biological factors, but in essence, they are diseases caused by human actions, and do not conduct comprehensive and in-depth examinations based on social factors. No reliable and effective control measures can be found. The representatives of the meeting unanimously pointed out that the re-emergence of STDs and drug abuse in China has a wide range of social causes. With the reform and opening up, some foreign bad influences have also invaded. Some people’s values, including sexual concepts and enjoyment of ideas, have undergone great changes, causing some decadent ideas.
