武汉市人民政府文件武政〔2014〕26号各区人民政府,市人民政府各部门:为贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会关于“实行管人管事管资产管导向相统一”的国有文化资产管理体制精神,进一步理顺我市国有文化资产监管体制,切实履行好市属国有文化资产出资人职责,经研究,决定授权市国有文化资产监督管理领导小组办公室(中共武汉市委宣传部,以下简称市文资办)履行市属国有文化资产出资人职责。现将有关事项通知如下:
