近几年来,全国名特优水产品种养殖发展势头很猛。据不完全统计,1993年全国名特优水产品种养殖面积约达600多亩。名特优水产品出口每年多达40万吨以上,年创汇12亿美元以上。 我国各地发展名特优水产品生产的实践证明,它正在调整和优化我国的水产养殖品种结构,满足了国内外市场和人民生活的需求,是广大农、渔民发家致富的良好途径。 从这些年全国的情况来看,名特优水产品养殖的发展有其特殊性,与常规淡水鱼养殖相比,在苗种、饲料、基础设施、养殖技术等方面有其特殊要求。事实上,目前在养殖中存在的问题不少。 但是名特优水产品养殖的发展是社会发展的需要,是市场需求的结果,切不可因为存在一些问题就限制其发展。而是应该加强宏观指导,搞好服务,保障名特优水产品养殖的健康发展。
In recent years, the national famous premium aquaculture breeding momentum is very fierce. According to incomplete statistics, in 1993, the national famous special aquaculture species area reached about 600 mu. Top premium aquatic products export as many as 400,000 tons per year, the annual foreign exchange more than 1.2 billion US dollars. The practice of developing the production of famous and excellent aquatic products throughout China has proved that it is adjusting and optimizing the structure of aquaculture species in our country and meeting the needs of domestic and foreign markets and people’s livelihood. It is also a good way for vast numbers of farmers and fishermen to get rich. According to the national situation in these years, the development of aquaculture of Mingteyou aquaculture has its peculiarity. Compared with the conventional freshwater aquaculture, aquaculture has its special requirements in seedling, feedstuff, infrastructure and farming techniques. In fact, there are quite a few problems in breeding. However, the development of famous aquaculture is the need of social development and the result of market demand. We must not restrict its development because of some problems. Instead, it should strengthen macro-guidance and do a good job of service so as to guarantee the healthy development of famous aquaculture.
