融合互联网技术的新型金融消费模式已经改变了人们的消费观念,得到了越来越多消费者的关注。针对互联网金融消费所引发的一系列消费者权益遭受侵犯的事件也在不断增多。本文介绍了互联网金融创新消费的新模式,分析了在消费者权益保护方面所面临的困境,积极提出创新举措来维护消费者权益,以期有力推进国内互联网金融创新消费模式的发展。
The new financial consumption model that incorporates Internet technology has changed people’s consumption concepts and has received more and more attention from consumers. A series of incidents of consumer rights violations triggered by Internet financial consumption are also increasing. This paper introduces the new model of Internet financial innovation consumption, analyzes the difficulties faced in the protection of consumer rights, and actively proposes innovative measures to safeguard consumer rights, in order to effectively promote the development of domestic Internet finance innovative consumption model.
