脉冲磁处理是一种崭新的非热处理型降低焊接结构中残余应力的方法 ,本工作在国内外属首次开展定量研究。由试验证明 ,无论是定拘束单向拉伸试样 ,还是焊接试样 ,适当的强脉冲磁处理后 ,残余应力水平均发生了明显的下降。在大刚度拘束焊接试样上的结果表明 ,在距焊缝 40mm附近处的纵向与横向残余应力下降了 10 0~ 15 0MPa ,下降率达 40 %以上。原有不同水平的残余应力值都呈下降趋势 ,表现为纵向与横向残余应力分布曲线呈一定程度的整体下移。另外 ,采用适当次数强脉冲磁处理的效果更好。
Pulse magnetic treatment is a new non-heat treatment to reduce the residual stress in the welded structure of the method, this work for the first time in the quantitative research at home and abroad. It is proved by experiment that the residual stress level obviously drops after appropriate strong pulsed magnetic treatment, no matter whether it is restrained unidirectional tensile specimen or welded specimen. The results of the large-stiffness restrained welding specimens show that the longitudinal and transverse residual stresses at the 40-mm weld zone have decreased by 10 ~ 15 0 MPa and the descending rate has reached 40%. The original different levels of residual stress values show a downward trend, showing the vertical and horizontal residual stress distribution curve showed a certain degree of overall downward. In addition, using the appropriate number of strong pulsed magnetic treatment better.
