针对长大隧道施工对牵引机车的要求,设计了牵引机车电控液驱控制系统。该控制系统采用PID智能控制算法分别对变量泵和变量马达的排量进行智能调节,使输出转速达到设定转速。运用AMEsim液压仿真软件平台对牵引机车电液控制系统进行建模,并对相关参数进行优化设计,实现动态控制仿真。对控制系统进行了仿真和试验,结果表明,其能够准确、快速、平稳地对转速进行调节。
Aiming at the requirements of long-distance tunnel construction for traction locomotive, a control system of traction locomotive electric liquid drive was designed. The control system adopts PID intelligent control algorithm to intelligently adjust the displacement of the variable displacement pump and the variable displacement motor so that the output speed reaches the set speed. The AMEsim hydraulic simulation software platform is used to model the electro-hydraulic control system of the traction locomotive, and the related parameters are optimized to realize the dynamic control simulation. The control system is simulated and tested. The results show that it can adjust the speed accurately, quickly and smoothly.
